Hazelnut oil has a high content of essential fatty acids like linoleic acid. Hazelnut oil has a very light, pleasing nutty aroma and is a highly unsaturated vegetable oil with a fine texture. Hazelnut oil, is easily absorbable and therefore penetrates deep into the skin. Hazelnut oil has superb toning qualities; it helps tighten the skin, thereby acting as a natural toner for the skin. It also aids in the regeneration of cells and strengthening of capillaries. As a massage oil it is known for its moisturizing qualities as well. It also helps protect the skin against the rays of sun and it is due to this reason that widely in the making of sun care products.
Expeller coldpressed and unrefined from the nuts, it penetrates the skin quickly and is stimulating to the circulation. It is highly nourishing with light astringent qualities.
